工作(zuò)原理
電感式(shì)接近開關屬(shǔ)於一種有開(kāi)關(guān)量輸(shū)出的位(wèi)置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路(lù)組成,利用金屬物(wù)體(tǐ)在接近這(zhè)個(gè)能(néng)產生電磁場的振蕩感應頭時(shí),使物體內(nèi)部產生渦(wō)流。這個渦流反作用於接近(jìn)開關,使接(jiē)近(jìn)開關振蕩能力(lì)衰減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此識別出有(yǒu)無金屬物體接近(jìn),進而控製(zhì)開關(guān)的通(tōng)或斷。這種(zhǒng)接近開關所能檢(jiǎn)測的物體必須是金屬導電體

電感(gǎn)式接近開關由三(sān)大部(bù)分組成:振蕩器、開關電路(lù)及放大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)產生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在(zài)金(jīn)屬目標內(nèi)產生渦流(liú),從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停(tíng)振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振(zhèn)的變化被後級放大電路處理(lǐ)並轉換成開關信(xìn)號,觸發驅動控製器(qì)件,從而(ér)達到非接觸(chù)式之檢測目的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器(qì)越(yuè)近,線圈(quān)內的阻尼就越大,阻(zǔ)尼越大(dà),傳感器振蕩器的電流(liú)越小
