工(gōng)作原理
電感式接近開關屬於(yú)一種(zhǒng)有開關量(liàng)輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電(diàn)路組成,利用(yòng)金屬物體在接近(jìn)這(zhè)個(gè)能產(chǎn)生電磁場的振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)感應(yīng)頭時,使物體內部產生渦(wō)流。這個(gè)渦(wō)流反作用(yòng)於接近開(kāi)關,使接近開(kāi)關振蕩(dàng)能力(lì)衰減,內部電路的(de)參(cān)數發生變化,由此識別(bié)出有無金(jīn)屬物體接近,進而控製開關(guān)的通或斷(duàn)。這種接近開(kāi)關所能檢測的物體必須是金(jīn)屬導電體

電(diàn)感式接近開關由三大部分組(zǔ)成(chéng):振蕩器、開關電(diàn)路(lù)及放大輸出電(diàn)路。振蕩器(qì)產生一(yī)個變交磁場,並(bìng) 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流(liú),從而(ér)導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的(de)變化被後級放大電路處理(lǐ)並轉換成開(kāi)關信號,觸發驅動控製器件,從而達到(dào)非接觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目(mù)的。
目(mù)標(biāo)離傳感器越近,線圈(quān)內的阻尼就越大,阻(zǔ)尼越(yuè)大,傳感器(qì)振蕩器的電流(liú)越小
