工作原理
電感式接(jiē)近(jìn)開關屬於一種有(yǒu)開關量輸出的位(wèi)置傳感器,它由LC高頻振(zhèn)蕩器和(hé)放大處理電路組(zǔ)成(chéng),利用金屬(shǔ)物體在接近這個能產生電磁(cí)場的振蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用(yòng)於(yú)接近開關,使接近(jìn)開關(guān)振蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參(cān)數發生變化,由此識別出有無金屬物體接近,進(jìn)而控製開(kāi)關的通(tōng)或斷。這種(zhǒng)接近開關(guān)所能檢測的(de)物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式(shì)接近(jìn)開關由三大部分(fèn)組成:振蕩器、開關(guān)電路及放大(dà)輸出電路。振蕩器產(chǎn)生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金屬目標內產生渦(wō)流,從而導致振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)衰(shuāi)減,以(yǐ)至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化(huà)被後級放大電路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發(fā)驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非(fēi)接觸(chù)式之檢測目(mù)的(de)。
目(mù)標離傳感器越近(jìn),線圈內的阻尼就越大(dà),阻尼越(yuè)大,傳感器振蕩器的電流越小
