工作原理(lǐ)
電感式接(jiē)近開關屬於(yú)一種有(yǒu)開關量輸(shū)出(chū)的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金(jīn)屬物體在接近(jìn)這個能(néng)產生電磁(cí)場的(de)振蕩感應頭時,使(shǐ)物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開(kāi)關振蕩(dàng)能力(lì)衰減(jiǎn),內部電(diàn)路的參(cān)數發生變(biàn)化,由此(cǐ)識別出有(yǒu)無金屬物(wù)體接近,進而控製開關的通(tōng)或斷。這種接近開關(guān)所(suǒ)能檢測的物體必須是金屬(shǔ)導電體

電感式接近開關由三(sān)大部分組成:振蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器產(chǎn)生(shēng)一個變交磁場,並(bìng) 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金屬(shǔ)目標內產生渦流(liú),從而導(dǎo)致振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)衰(shuāi)減,以至停(tíng)振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化(huà)被後(hòu)級放(fàng)大電路處理並轉換成開關(guān)信號(hào),觸(chù)發驅動控製器(qì)件(jiàn),從(cóng)而達到非接(jiē)觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目的。
目標離傳感(gǎn)器越近,線圈(quān)內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大(dà),傳感(gǎn)器振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)的電流越小
