工(gōng)作原(yuán)理
電感式(shì)接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳(chuán)感器,它由LC高(gāo)頻振蕩器和放(fàng)大(dà)處理(lǐ)電路組成(chéng),利用金屬物體在接近這個能產生電磁場的振蕩感應頭時,使(shǐ)物體內部產(chǎn)生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近(jìn)開關振蕩能力衰減(jiǎn),內(nèi)部(bù)電路(lù)的參數發生變(biàn)化,由此(cǐ)識別出有(yǒu)無(wú)金屬物體接(jiē)近(jìn),進(jìn)而控製開關的通(tōng)或斷(duàn)。這種(zhǒng)接近開關所能檢測的(de)物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式接近開關由(yóu)三大部分組成:振蕩(dàng)器(qì)、開關電路及放(fàng)大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器產生一(yī)個變交(jiāo)磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目(mù)標(biāo)內產生渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減(jiǎn),以(yǐ)至停振(zhèn)。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化(huà)被後級放(fàng)大電(diàn)路處理並轉換成開(kāi)關(guān)信號,觸發驅動(dòng)控(kòng)製器件,從(cóng)而達到非(fēi)接觸式之檢測目(mù)的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器(qì)越近(jìn),線圈內(nèi)的阻尼就(jiù)越大,阻(zǔ)尼越大,傳感器(qì)振蕩器的電流越小
