工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩(dàng)器和(hé)放(fàng)大處理(lǐ)電(diàn)路組成(chéng),利用(yòng)金(jīn)屬物體(tǐ)在接近(jìn)這個能產生電磁(cí)場的(de)振蕩感應頭(tóu)時,使物(wù)體內部產生渦流(liú)。這(zhè)個渦流反作用於(yú)接近開關,使接近開關振蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此識別出有無金(jīn)屬(shǔ)物體接近,進(jìn)而控製開關的通或(huò)斷。這(zhè)種(zhǒng)接近開關所能檢測的物體必須是金屬導(dǎo)電體(tǐ)

電(diàn)感(gǎn)式(shì)接近開關由(yóu)三大部分組成:振蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及(jí)放大輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交(jiāo)磁場,並 達到感應距離時(shí),在金屬(shǔ)目標內產生渦(wō)流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振(zhèn)蕩器振蕩及停振的變(biàn)化被後級放大電(diàn)路處(chù)理並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發驅動(dòng)控(kòng)製器件,從(cóng)而達(dá)到非接觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳感(gǎn)器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感器(qì)振蕩(dàng)器的電流越小
