工(gōng)作原理
電(diàn)感(gǎn)式(shì)接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的(de)位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振(zhèn)蕩器和放大(dà)處(chù)理電路組成,利(lì)用金屬物體在(zài)接(jiē)近這個能產生(shēng)電磁場的振蕩(dàng)感應頭時(shí),使物體內部(bù)產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開(kāi)關,使接近開關振蕩能力(lì)衰減(jiǎn),內部電路的參數(shù)發生變化,由此識別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控製(zhì)開關的通(tōng)或斷。這種(zhǒng)接近(jìn)開關所(suǒ)能檢(jiǎn)測的物體必(bì)須是(shì)金(jīn)屬導電(diàn)體

電(diàn)感式接近開關由(yóu)三大部分組成(chéng):振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)產生一(yī)個(gè)變交磁場(chǎng),並 達到感應(yīng)距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從(cóng)而導致振(zhèn)蕩衰(shuāi)減,以至停振(zhèn)。
振蕩器振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)及停振的變(biàn)化被後級放大電路處理(lǐ)並轉換成開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào),觸發驅動控製器件,從而達到(dào)非接觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳感(gǎn)器越近,線圈(quān)內的(de)阻尼就(jiù)越大,阻尼(ní)越大,傳(chuán)感器振蕩器的電流越小
