工作原理
電感式接近開(kāi)關屬於(yú)一種有開關(guān)量輸(shū)出的位置(zhì)傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩(dàng)器和放大處理電路組成,利用(yòng)金屬物體(tǐ)在接近這個能(néng)產生電磁(cí)場的振(zhèn)蕩感應頭時,使物體內部(bù)產(chǎn)生渦流。這(zhè)個渦流反作用於(yú)接近(jìn)開關,使接近開關振蕩(dàng)能力衰減,內部電(diàn)路的參數發生變化(huà),由此(cǐ)識(shí)別出有無金屬物體接近,進(jìn)而控製開關的通或斷。這種接近開關所能檢測的物體必須是金屬導(dǎo)電體

電感式接近(jìn)開(kāi)關由三大部(bù)分組成:振(zhèn)蕩器、開關電路(lù)及放大輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金(jīn)屬目標內產(chǎn)生渦流,從(cóng)而導致(zhì)振蕩(dàng)衰減(jiǎn),以(yǐ)至停振(zhèn)。
振蕩器(qì)振蕩(dàng)及停振的變化被後級放大(dà)電路處理並轉換成開關(guān)信(xìn)號,觸發驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非接觸(chù)式之檢(jiǎn)測目的(de)。
目(mù)標離傳感器越近,線(xiàn)圈(quān)內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大(dà),傳感器振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)的(de)電流越小(xiǎo)
