工作原理
電感式接(jiē)近開(kāi)關屬於一種(zhǒng)有開關量輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高(gāo)頻振蕩(dàng)器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物體在接(jiē)近這個能產生電(diàn)磁場的振蕩感應(yīng)頭(tóu)時,使物體內部產(chǎn)生(shēng)渦流。這個(gè)渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開關(guān)振蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參數發(fā)生變化(huà),由(yóu)此(cǐ)識別出有無金(jīn)屬物體接近,進而控製(zhì)開(kāi)關(guān)的通或斷。這種接(jiē)近開關所能檢測的物體(tǐ)必須是(shì)金(jīn)屬(shǔ)導電體

電感式接(jiē)近開關由三大部分組(zǔ)成:振蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及放大輸出(chū)電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並(bìng) 達到感應距離(lí)時,在(zài)金(jīn)屬目(mù)標(biāo)內產生渦(wō)流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器(qì)振蕩及(jí)停振的變化被後級放大電路處理並轉換成開關(guān)信號,觸發驅動(dòng)控製器件,從而達到(dào)非接觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目(mù)的(de)。
目(mù)標離傳感器越近(jìn),線圈內的阻尼就越(yuè)大,阻尼越大,傳感器振(zhèn)蕩器的電流越小
