電容式(shì)接(jiē)近開關
工(gōng)作原理
電感式(shì)接近(jìn)開關(guān)屬於一種(zhǒng)有開(kāi)關量輸(shū)出(chū)的位置傳感器,它(tā)由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處(chù)理(lǐ)電路組成,利用(yòng)金(jīn)屬(shǔ)物體在接近這個能(néng)產(chǎn)生電磁場(chǎng)的振蕩感應頭時,使(shǐ)物體內部產(chǎn)生渦流。這個渦流反作用於(yú)接近開關,使接近開(kāi)關振(zhèn)蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參數發(fā)生變化,由此識別出有(yǒu)無金屬(shǔ)物(wù)體接(jiē)近(jìn),進而控(kòng)製開關的通或斷。這種(zhǒng)接近(jìn)開關所能檢(jiǎn)測的物體必須是(shì)金屬導(dǎo)電體
電容(róng)式接近開關係列
電(diàn)感式接近開關由三大部分組(zǔ)成:振蕩(dàng)器(qì)、開關電路及放(fàng)大輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦(wō)流,從而(ér)導致振蕩衰減(jiǎn),以至停振。
振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器振蕩及停振(zhèn)的變化被後級放大電(diàn)路處理並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發驅動控製器件,從而達到非接(jiē)觸式之(zhī)檢測目的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器越近,線圈(quān)內的阻尼就(jiù)越大,阻尼(ní)越大,傳感器振蕩器的電(diàn)流越(yuè)小
