工作原理(lǐ)
電(diàn)感式(shì)接近開關屬於一(yī)種有開關量輸(shū)出的位置(zhì)傳感器,它由(yóu)LC高(gāo)頻振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器和放大(dà)處理(lǐ)電路組(zǔ)成,利用金屬物體(tǐ)在接近(jìn)這個能產(chǎn)生電磁場(chǎng)的(de)振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物體內部(bù)產生渦流。這個渦(wō)流(liú)反(fǎn)作用於接近開關,使接近開(kāi)關振蕩能力衰減,內(nèi)部電路的參數發生變化,由此識別出有無金(jīn)屬(shǔ)物體接近(jìn),進而控(kòng)製開(kāi)關的通或斷。這種接近開(kāi)關(guān)所能(néng)檢測的物體必(bì)須是(shì)金(jīn)屬導電體

電感(gǎn)式接近開關由(yóu)三(sān)大部分組成:振蕩器、開(kāi)關電路及放大輸(shū)出電路(lù)。振蕩器(qì)產生一個(gè)變交磁場(chǎng),並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目(mù)標內產生渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至(zhì)停(tíng)振。
振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)振蕩及停(tíng)振的變化被後級放大電路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動控製器件,從而達(dá)到非接觸式之檢測目的(de)。
目標離(lí)傳感器(qì)越近,線圈內的(de)阻尼(ní)就越大,阻(zǔ)尼(ní)越大,傳感器振蕩器的電流越小
