工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一(yī)種有開(kāi)關(guān)量(liàng)輸出的位置傳感(gǎn)器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放(fàng)大(dà)處理電路組(zǔ)成,利用(yòng)金屬物體在接近這(zhè)個(gè)能產(chǎn)生(shēng)電磁場的振蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於(yú)接近開關,使接近開關振蕩能力衰(shuāi)減,內部電路的(de)參數發生變化,由(yóu)此(cǐ)識別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控製開關的(de)通或斷(duàn)。這(zhè)種接近開關所能檢測的物體(tǐ)必(bì)須(xū)是金(jīn)屬導(dǎo)電體

電感式接近(jìn)開關由三大(dà)部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電(diàn)路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場(chǎng),並 達到感(gǎn)應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從而導致振蕩(dàng)衰減,以至停(tíng)振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振(zhèn)的變化被後級(jí)放大電路(lù)處理(lǐ)並(bìng)轉換成開(kāi)關信號,觸發(fā)驅動控製器件,從而(ér)達(dá)到非接(jiē)觸(chù)式之檢測目的。
目標(biāo)離傳感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就(jiù)越大(dà),阻尼越大,傳感器(qì)振(zhèn)蕩器的電(diàn)流越小
