工作原理(lǐ)
電感(gǎn)式接近(jìn)開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位(wèi)置(zhì)傳(chuán)感器,它由LC高頻(pín)振蕩器和放大處理(lǐ)電路組(zǔ)成,利用金屬物體在接近(jìn)這個能產(chǎn)生電磁場的振蕩感(gǎn)應頭時,使物體內部產生渦(wō)流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開關振蕩能(néng)力衰減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此識別(bié)出有(yǒu)無金(jīn)屬物體接近,進而控製開關(guān)的通或斷。這(zhè)種接(jiē)近開關所能(néng)檢測的物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式(shì)接(jiē)近(jìn)開(kāi)關由三大部分組(zǔ)成:振蕩器(qì)、開關電路及放大(dà)輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並(bìng) 達到(dào)感應(yīng)距離時(shí),在金屬(shǔ)目(mù)標內產生(shēng)渦流,從而導致振蕩(dàng)衰減,以(yǐ)至(zhì)停振。
振蕩器(qì)振蕩及停(tíng)振(zhèn)的變化被後(hòu)級放(fàng)大電路處理並轉換成開關信號(hào),觸發驅動控製器件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳感器越(yuè)近,線圈內的(de)阻(zǔ)尼(ní)就越(yuè)大,阻尼越大,傳感(gǎn)器振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)的電流越(yuè)小
