工作原理
電感式接近開(kāi)關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物(wù)體在接近這個能產生(shēng)電(diàn)磁場的振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反(fǎn)作用於接(jiē)近開關,使接近開關振(zhèn)蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參數發生變(biàn)化,由此識別(bié)出有無金屬物體接(jiē)近,進而(ér)控製開關的通或斷(duàn)。這種接近開關所能檢測的物體必須是金(jīn)屬導電體

電感式接近(jìn)開(kāi)關由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大(dà)輸出電路。振蕩器(qì)產(chǎn)生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金屬(shǔ)目標(biāo)內產生渦流(liú),從而導致振蕩衰減,以(yǐ)至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及(jí)停振的變(biàn)化被後級放(fàng)大電路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動(dòng)控製器件,從而達到(dào)非接觸(chù)式之檢測目的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感(gǎn)器振蕩器的電流(liú)越(yuè)小(xiǎo)
