工作原理
電感式接(jiē)近(jìn)開(kāi)關屬於一種有開關(guān)量(liàng)輸出的(de)位置(zhì)傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和(hé)放大處理電路組(zǔ)成,利用金屬物體(tǐ)在接(jiē)近這個(gè)能產(chǎn)生電磁(cí)場的(de)振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物(wù)體(tǐ)內部產生渦流。這(zhè)個(gè)渦流反作用於接(jiē)近開關,使(shǐ)接近開關振蕩能(néng)力(lì)衰減,內部電路的參數(shù)發生變化,由此識別出(chū)有無金屬物體(tǐ)接近,進而控製開關(guān)的通或斷。這種接(jiē)近開關所能檢測的物體必須(xū)是金屬(shǔ)導(dǎo)電體

電感式接近(jìn)開(kāi)關由三大(dà)部分組成:振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及(jí)放大輸出(chū)電路。振蕩器(qì)產生一(yī)個變交(jiāo)磁場,並(bìng) 達到(dào)感應距離時,在金屬目標內(nèi)產生渦流(liú),從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩(dàng)器(qì)振蕩及停(tíng)振的變化被後級(jí)放大電路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動控(kòng)製器(qì)件(jiàn),從(cóng)而達到非接(jiē)觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳感器越近,線(xiàn)圈(quān)內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳(chuán)感器振蕩器(qì)的電(diàn)流越小
