工作原理(lǐ)
電感式接近開關(guān)屬於(yú)一種(zhǒng)有開關量(liàng)輸出的(de)位置(zhì)傳感器,它(tā)由(yóu)LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理(lǐ)電路組成,利用金屬(shǔ)物體在接近這個能(néng)產(chǎn)生電磁場的振(zhèn)蕩感應頭時,使物(wù)體(tǐ)內部產(chǎn)生渦流。這(zhè)個渦流(liú)反作用於接近開關,使(shǐ)接(jiē)近(jìn)開關振蕩(dàng)能力衰減,內部電(diàn)路的參數(shù)發(fā)生變化,由此(cǐ)識別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控(kòng)製開(kāi)關的通或斷。這種接近開關所能檢測(cè)的物體(tǐ)必須是金屬導電體

電(diàn)感式接近開(kāi)關由三(sān)大部分組(zǔ)成:振蕩器、開關電(diàn)路及(jí)放大輸(shū)出電路。振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器產生一(yī)個(gè)變交(jiāo)磁場,並 達(dá)到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從而(ér)導致振蕩衰減,以至(zhì)停(tíng)振(zhèn)。
振蕩器振蕩及(jí)停振的(de)變化被後級放大電路處理並轉換成開關(guān)信號(hào),觸發(fā)驅(qū)動控製器件,從而達到(dào)非(fēi)接(jiē)觸式之(zhī)檢測目(mù)的。
目(mù)標離傳(chuán)感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻(zǔ)尼越大,傳感器振(zhèn)蕩器的電(diàn)流越小
