工作(zuò)原理
電感(gǎn)式接近開關屬於一(yī)種有開關量(liàng)輸出的位(wèi)置傳感(gǎn)器,它由LC高頻(pín)振蕩器(qì)和放大處理電路組(zǔ)成,利用金屬物體在(zài)接近這個能產生電磁場的(de)振蕩感應頭時(shí),使物體內部(bù)產生渦(wō)流。這(zhè)個渦流反作用於接(jiē)近開關,使接近開關振蕩能力衰減,內(nèi)部電路的參數(shù)發生變(biàn)化,由此識別出有無金(jīn)屬物(wù)體接近(jìn),進而控(kòng)製(zhì)開關的通或斷。這種(zhǒng)接(jiē)近開關(guān)所能檢測的物體(tǐ)必須是金屬導電體

電感式接(jiē)近開關由(yóu)三大部(bù)分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器(qì)產(chǎn)生一個變交磁場,並(bìng) 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生(shēng)渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩(dàng)器振蕩及停振(zhèn)的變化被後級放大電路(lù)處理並轉換成開關(guān)信(xìn)號,觸發驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非(fēi)接觸式之檢測(cè)目的。
