工作原理(lǐ)
電感式接近開(kāi)關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳(chuán)感器(qì),它(tā)由LC高頻(pín)振蕩(dàng)器和放大處(chù)理電(diàn)路(lù)組成,利用(yòng)金屬物(wù)體在接近這個能(néng)產生電(diàn)磁場的振蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流(liú)。這個渦流反作用於接近開關(guān),使接近開關振蕩能力衰減(jiǎn),內部(bù)電路的參數發生變化,由(yóu)此識別出有(yǒu)無(wú)金屬(shǔ)物(wù)體接近,進而(ér)控製開關的通或斷(duàn)。這種接近開關(guān)所能檢測的物體必(bì)須是金屬導(dǎo)電體

電感式接近開關由三大部分組成:振蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩(dàng)器產生一個變(biàn)交磁場,並(bìng) 達到(dào)感應(yīng)距離時,在金屬目標內產生(shēng)渦流,從(cóng)而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被後級放(fàng)大電路(lù)處理並(bìng)轉換成開關信號,觸發驅動控製器(qì)件,從而達(dá)到非接觸式(shì)之檢測(cè)目的(de)。
目標(biāo)離傳感器越近,線(xiàn)圈內(nèi)的(de)阻尼(ní)就(jiù)越大,阻(zǔ)尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的電流越小
