工作原理
電感(gǎn)式接近(jìn)開關屬於一種有開關量(liàng)輸(shū)出的位置傳感器,它由(yóu)LC高頻振蕩(dàng)器和放(fàng)大(dà)處理電路組成,利用(yòng)金屬物體在接近這(zhè)個能產生電磁場的振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物體(tǐ)內部產生(shēng)渦流。這個渦流反作(zuò)用於接近開關,使接近開關振(zhèn)蕩能力衰減,內(nèi)部電路的參數發生變化(huà),由此識別出有無(wú)金屬物體接近,進而控製開關的通或斷。這種接近開關所能檢(jiǎn)測的物體必須(xū)是(shì)金屬導電體

電感(gǎn)式接近開關由三(sān)大部(bù)分組(zǔ)成(chéng):振蕩器、開關(guān)電路及放(fàng)大輸出電路(lù)。振蕩器產(chǎn)生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生(shēng)渦流(liú),從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及(jí)停振的變化被後(hòu)級放大電路處理並轉換成開關信號(hào),觸發驅動控製器件,從而達到非接(jiē)觸式(shì)之(zhī)檢測目的。
目標離傳感器越近,線圈內(nèi)的阻(zǔ)尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的電流越小
