工作原理
電感式接近開關(guān)屬(shǔ)於一種有開關量輸出的位置(zhì)傳感器(qì),它由LC高頻(pín)振(zhèn)蕩器(qì)和放大處理電路(lù)組(zǔ)成(chéng),利用金屬(shǔ)物體在接(jiē)近這個能產生電磁場的振蕩(dàng)感(gǎn)應頭時,使物(wù)體內部(bù)產生(shēng)渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開(kāi)關,使接近開關振(zhèn)蕩能力(lì)衰(shuāi)減,內部電路的(de)參數發(fā)生變化,由此識別出(chū)有無金屬物體接近(jìn),進而控製開關的通或斷。這種接(jiē)近開(kāi)關所能檢測的物(wù)體必須(xū)是金屬導電體

電感(gǎn)式接近(jìn)開關(guān)由三大部(bù)分組成:振蕩(dàng)器、開(kāi)關(guān)電路及放大(dà)輸(shū)出(chū)電路。振(zhèn)蕩(dàng)器產生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在(zài)金(jīn)屬目標內產生渦流,從(cóng)而導致(zhì)振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變(biàn)化被後級放大電(diàn)路(lù)處理並(bìng)轉換成開(kāi)關(guān)信號,觸發驅(qū)動(dòng)控製器件,從而達到非接(jiē)觸式之檢測目的。
目標離傳(chuán)感器(qì)越(yuè)近,線圈內的阻尼就越大(dà),阻尼越大(dà),傳(chuán)感器(qì)振蕩器的電流(liú)越小
