工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳感器(qì),它由LC高頻振(zhèn)蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利(lì)用金屬物(wù)體在接近(jìn)這個能產生電磁場的(de)振蕩感應(yīng)頭時,使物體內部產(chǎn)生渦流。這個(gè)渦流(liú)反作用(yòng)於接近(jìn)開關,使接(jiē)近開關振蕩能力(lì)衰減,內部電路的參數發生(shēng)變化,由(yóu)此識別出(chū)有無金屬物體接近,進而控製開關的通(tōng)或斷。這種接近開(kāi)關所能檢測的物體必須是金屬導電體(tǐ)

電感式接近開關由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大(dà)輸出電路(lù)。振蕩器產生一(yī)個變交磁(cí)場(chǎng),並 達到感應距離時,在金屬(shǔ)目標內產生渦流,從而(ér)導(dǎo)致振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及(jí)停振的變化被後級放(fàng)大(dà)電(diàn)路處理並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發(fā)驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測目的(de)。
目標離傳感器越近,線圈(quān)內的(de)阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的(de)電流(liú)越小
