工作(zuò)原理
電感式接(jiē)近開關屬(shǔ)於一種有開關量(liàng)輸(shū)出的位置傳感(gǎn)器(qì),它由LC高頻(pín)振蕩器(qì)和放大(dà)處理電路(lù)組成,利用金屬物體(tǐ)在(zài)接(jiē)近這個能產(chǎn)生電(diàn)磁場的振蕩感應頭時,使物體內部產(chǎn)生(shēng)渦流。這(zhè)個(gè)渦流反作用於(yú)接近開關,使接近開關(guān)振蕩能力(lì)衰減,內部電路的(de)參數發生變化,由此識(shí)別出有無金屬物體接近(jìn),進(jìn)而控製開(kāi)關的通(tōng)或斷(duàn)。這(zhè)種接近開關所能(néng)檢測的物體必須是金屬導電體(tǐ)

電(diàn)感式接近開(kāi)關由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出(chū)電(diàn)路(lù)。振蕩器產(chǎn)生一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從而導(dǎo)致振蕩衰減,以至停(tíng)振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化(huà)被後級放大電(diàn)路處理並轉換成開關信號,觸發(fā)驅動控(kòng)製器件,從而達到非(fēi)接觸式(shì)之檢測目的。
