工作(zuò)原理
電感式接近開關屬(shǔ)於(yú)一(yī)種有(yǒu)開關量輸出的位置傳感器(qì),它由(yóu)LC高(gāo)頻振蕩器(qì)和放(fàng)大處(chù)理電路組成,利用金屬(shǔ)物體在接近這個能產生電磁(cí)場(chǎng)的振蕩感應頭時,使(shǐ)物體內(nèi)部產生渦流。這個渦流(liú)反作用於接(jiē)近(jìn)開關,使接近開關振(zhèn)蕩能(néng)力(lì)衰減,內部電路的參數發生變化,由此(cǐ)識別(bié)出有無(wú)金屬(shǔ)物體接近(jìn),進而(ér)控製開(kāi)關(guān)的通(tōng)或(huò)斷。這種接近開關所能檢測(cè)的物體必須是金屬導電體

電感式接近開(kāi)關由三(sān)大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電(diàn)路。振(zhèn)蕩器產生(shēng)一個變交磁場,並 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金屬(shǔ)目標內(nèi)產(chǎn)生渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減(jiǎn),以至停振。
振蕩(dàng)器振蕩及停振的變化被後級放大電路(lù)處理並轉換成(chéng)開關信號,觸發驅動控製(zhì)器(qì)件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測(cè)目的。
目標離傳感器(qì)越近,線圈(quān)內的阻尼就(jiù)越大(dà),阻尼越大,傳感器振(zhèn)蕩器的 |
