工作原理
電感(gǎn)式(shì)接近開(kāi)關(guān)屬於一種有開關量輸出的位置傳(chuán)感(gǎn)器(qì),它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物體在接(jiē)近這個能產生電磁(cí)場(chǎng)的(de)振蕩(dàng)感應頭(tóu)時,使物體(tǐ)內部產(chǎn)生渦流。這個(gè)渦流反作(zuò)用於接近開關,使(shǐ)接(jiē)近開關振蕩(dàng)能力衰減,內部(bù)電路的參數(shù)發生變化,由此識別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控製(zhì)開關的通或斷(duàn)。這種接近開關所能檢(jiǎn)測的物體必須是金(jīn)屬導電(diàn)體

電(diàn)感(gǎn)式接(jiē)近開(kāi)關由三大部分組成:振蕩(dàng)器、開關電路及放大輸出(chū)電路。振蕩器(qì)產生一個變交磁(cí)場,並 達到感應距(jù)離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流(liú),從而導致(zhì)振蕩衰減,以(yǐ)至(zhì)停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被後(hòu)級放大(dà)電路處理並轉換成開關(guān)信號,觸(chù)發驅(qū)動控製器件,從(cóng)而達到非接觸式之檢測目的。
