工作原理
電感式接近開關屬於一種有開關量輸(shū)出的位置傳感器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物體在接(jiē)近這(zhè)個能產(chǎn)生電磁場的振蕩(dàng)感應頭時,使物體內部產生渦流。這個渦流反作用於接近開關,使接近開關(guān)振蕩能力衰減,內部電路的參(cān)數發(fā)生(shēng)變化,由此識(shí)別出有無金屬物體接近,進而控製開關的(de)通或斷。這種接近(jìn)開關所能檢測(cè)的物(wù)體(tǐ)必須是金屬導(dǎo)電體

電感式(shì)接近(jìn)開關由三(sān)大部分組成(chéng):振蕩器、開(kāi)關(guān)電路及放大輸(shū)出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,並 達(dá)到感應(yīng)距離時,在金屬目標內產(chǎn)生渦流,從(cóng)而導致振蕩衰減,以(yǐ)至停振(zhèn)。
振蕩(dàng)器振蕩及停振(zhèn)的變化被後級放大電路處(chù)理並轉換(huàn)成開(kāi)關信號,觸發驅動控製器(qì)件,從而(ér)達到非接觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目(mù)的。
目標(biāo)離傳感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越(yuè)大,阻尼越大,傳感器(qì)振(zhèn)蕩器的電流越小
