工(gōng)作原理
電感(gǎn)式接近開關屬於一(yī)種有開關(guān)量輸出的位置傳感(gǎn)器,它由LC高頻振蕩器和放大處理電路組成,利用金屬物(wù)體在接近(jìn)這個(gè)能產生電磁場的振蕩感應頭(tóu)時,使物體內(nèi)部產生渦流。這個(gè)渦流反作用(yòng)於接近開關,使(shǐ)接(jiē)近開關(guān)振蕩能力(lì)衰(shuāi)減,內部電路的參(cān)數發生變(biàn)化,由此識別出有(yǒu)無金屬(shǔ)物體接(jiē)近,進而控製開關的通(tōng)或斷。這(zhè)種接近(jìn)開關(guān)所能檢測的(de)物體必須是金屬導電體(tǐ)

電感式接(jiē)近開(kāi)關(guān)由(yóu)三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路(lù)及(jí)放大輸出電路。振(zhèn)蕩器產生一個變(biàn)交磁場,並 達到感(gǎn)應距離(lí)時,在金屬目(mù)標(biāo)內產(chǎn)生渦流(liú),從而導(dǎo)致(zhì)振蕩衰減,以至停振。
振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被後級(jí)放大電路處理(lǐ)並轉(zhuǎn)換成開關信號,觸發驅動控(kòng)製(zhì)器件(jiàn),從(cóng)而(ér)達(dá)到非接觸式之檢(jiǎn)測目的。
目標離傳感器越近(jìn),線(xiàn)圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼(ní)越大,傳感器振蕩(dàng)器的電流(liú)越小
